Breaking Barriers  Women Leaders In our leadership programs, Nosihle found her voice and became a powerful advocate for women’s rights in her community.  Now,  she leads a local women’s coalition that fights for gender equality and access to resources. Her journey from shy participant to passionate leader shows the impact of mentorship and community-building.("Nosihle Biyase,an aspiring community leader.") In empowering Women with knowledge.  Meet Nokuthula,  a woman  who joined our leadership training program two years ago. We've hit new heights in empowering Women in our society, providing them with the tools and network they need to succeed. Over hundred(100) Women have completed our leadership and professional development programs, and we're seeing them make am impact in their careers, businesses and their families. Our efforts have led to: More then Hundred(100) women completing our programs,  gaining leadership skills, education mentorship.  A 20% increase in women-led starts up in most areas where we're active, with women starting their own businesses and hiring others.
